PROCESS

The coffee is grounded on four pairs of rollers divided into two working stages. In the first stage, using the first two pairs of rollers, coffee beans are distributed, broken and coarsely ground. In the second stage, the other two pairs of rollers carry out the fine grinding, lamination of the coffee and extraction for the adenser screw responsible for compacting the coffee.
