Developed and designed with the highest technology, the Leogap MRM Roller Grinder features advanced grinding technology with cooled rollers. The result is a fine and uniform grinding, ensuring excellent aroma and color. The denser ground product allows  the use of smaller packaging.

It is available in single-stage (4 rollers) or two-stage (8 rollers) versions, with the first stage typically used for coarser grinding or as granulators for instant coffee industries.

PROCESS

The coffee is grounded using four pairs of rollers divided into two working stages. In the first stage, using the first two pairs of rollers, the distribution, breaking, and coarse grinding of the coffee beans take place. In the second stage, the other two pairs of rollers perform fine grinding, coffee rolling, and extraction for the densifying screw responsible for compressing the coffee.
